It is the perfect place to stay on the west highland trail. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and the surroundings beautiful. Breakfast is included and the plus is they are pet friendly and Love dogs! Recommend it 100%

The Rockfoot B&B was in the heart of the Campsie Dells and centrally located for our trips to Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Sterling, The Devil’s Pulpit, Glasgow and points south and east. Moira was a perfect host and a good cook. As many of our stays we chose this for its remote location away from cities and it is very much a working farm with a very large flock of sheep. Our room was excellent and everything was perfectly clean. Moira took time to answer many of our questions and made us feel at home. This is an excellent place to stay for a Holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful warm and inviting property. Fully furnished and very well equipped to the point that we didn’t want for anything at all. Secure parking on-site (no charge). The host Stewart was extremely helpful and a great communicator, and went above and beyond to arrange an early check in due to our early flight arrival. Stewart was there on our arrival to welcome us and to give us the tour, and very kindly invited us to help ourselves to the food and refreshments on hand. The property is centrally located and within walking distance to good pubs and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the door if you don’t have a car.

The Barn Farmhouse is the best self-catering vacation rental on our trip through England and Scotland. June is a great hostess and nothing is missing. We even found a small basket with food and drinks. Thank you for everything, we felt very comfortable.
