    Over priced as now failing to deliver on tired facilities and food below standard. Amazing staff handled issues well by crediting most of the meals at payment time but that isn’t what we intended. Always happy to pay for good food.

    The venue is stunning! The rooms and the pub were fantastic.

    The venue is stunning! The rooms and the pub were fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. The bar had a great selections of beers wines and spirits I would highly recommend it for a quiet getaway

    Excellent and friendly staff - could not fault one member.

    Excellent and friendly staff - could not fault one member. Very good accessibility room just across the road from the pub. As weather was great it was lovely to sit outside before going in for dinner. Close to Audley End Historic House and Cambridge. If travelling from the north stop off at Anglesey Abbey (National Trust). Debdale Barns near Saffron Walden offering eclectric mix of antiques, Gifts etc. as well as a coffee shop is worth a visit and close by.
