Everyone says the staff are amazing and I can honestly confirm ... they are! Sally on Reception was really lovely and helpful, I didn't catch his name, but the man who showed us in and served our breakfast was such a gentleman and perfect for his job , so friendly! I must mention my Cosmopolitan Cocktail. The best ever 🍸. One more mention for George. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Again, perfect balance of friendly and professional. The Hall itself is stunning. The dinner was exceptional as was the breakfast. Gardens are beautiful, don't forget to say hello to the donkeys and llamas! Such a fab place for a birthday treat 😍

The quality of the buildings and other facilities was exceptional. In speaking to contractors on site I understand the Arms are regularly maintained and updated and the results show. All of the staff were very helpful.

Location was lovely. Gym is well equipped. Check in staff were really good. Did their best to accommodate my early check in request (I had landed in Manchester after an overnight flight) I didn't use the spa but it looked nice. Bar staff v good and the breakfast was lovely.
