Lovely big room on the top floor. King size bed, large smart tv, Chair and footstool, wardrobe with hangers, ironing board and iron. Coffee and tea making facilities, really warm and quiet room, amazing shower and bathroom. £155.80 for 3 nights. . It doesn't get much better being honest. Bar downstairs, live music and disco till late, first come first served free car park which is locked at night.

Really clean, a comfy bed, great location with only a 5-10 min drive to the NEC. James was incredibly welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. Pot of hot coffee already on my table when I came down in the morning, with a full English breakfast following almost immediately. I stayed 2 nights - I will be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Springfield House to friends and colleagues.

    Coleshill is a very old market town in a rural setting, currently being torn up and built over to accommodate HS2. The town has always been out on its own but the outer world and HS2 is bring it into the modern drama and noise.

    Really lovely, small and traditional English town.

    Really lovely, small and traditional English town. Friendly locals who are obviously proud of where they live. No litter, no graffiti and everywhere is clean, tidy and well looked after. And... a fabulous selection of Indian restaurants!

    Its a little village just outside of the NEC, sure that some nice people actually live here but we seamed to have the local rif-raf in the pub that we stayed at. It has a small morrisons, a fish and chip shop and not much else going for it except it has the advantage of a long road that will allow you to get out of the village, just so long as you keep going.

    A lovely village atmosphere.

    A lovely village atmosphere. The nearby road links make for an ideal overnight or longer stop when travelling the country. Ideal for the NEC or Birmingham without the bustle of the city centre. Beautiful church, with a spire that can be seen for miles. Swan hotel was where we had an evening meal and breakfast, the food was excellent and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and polite. On reflection I would stay there on my next visit. Coleshill is easy to get around but car parking might be difficult at certain times. I would avoid staying at The Coach Hotel on my next visit.

    We were exhibiting at the NEC so only a 10 minute drive away...

    We were exhibiting at the NEC so only a 10 minute drive away. Stayed here 5 or 6 times now and suites all our needs. The high street has 5 Indian restaurants and a fish and chip shop/ restaurant. There’s a Morrisons 3 minute walk away. Free parking. The food available at the hotel is also great value including the breakfast

    Perhaps tell owner not to let prospective clients to walk passed smelly toilets to get to reception as area filthy - rooms adequate but very very noisy above e beer garden - patrons left at 12.30 am so bad nights sleep

    Good location, private and secure parking. The staff were all friendly and efficient. It was value for money and breakfast at the next door hotel was a very fair price and good quality. The warning of live music was very fair and we knew ahead of time what to expect. Coleshill is very close to the NEC and the small town has a decent choice.

    The location was fantastic. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. Immaculately clean. Even had tea and coffee provided. It is very close to coleshill town centre so we could walk in of a morning. We were also very close to the local park. Infact central to everything we needed.

    In centre of Coleshill. Staff were amazing, let down by the age/condition of hotel, this needs complete refurbishment. Wood chip on the walls? Oldest furniture I’ve seen in a long time, stained and dirty looking.
