We did not know what to expect our first time in rugby, we were pleasantly surprised good value for money , clean comfortable, the restaurant and bar area with an outside area to sit we brought our dog, we felt very comfortable, the lady at the reception Angelina was lovely she was friendly and professional she could not do enough very well organised. The location is convenient. The receptionist was rude.
The location is convenient. The receptionist was rude. The air conditioning did not work. We are promised a fan then told one wasn’t available. We were offered a room move but to a double not a twin and at 9pm at night do we were already in bed. There were very limited vegetarian and vegan options in the menus. hi i hope you get this message through to the ibis at crick,the customer services on a sunday night was excellent and we had a lovely meal however if you are going to charge£8.95 for breakfast ,it cant be served cold with over done sausages etc that were inedible,i do not blame the night porter,some one should have to cook and make breakfast,not someone who can not deal with something he can not achieveGuest review byJAMESUnited Kingdom
