Accommodated 5 of us. Evening meal was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly. Family room was spacious & clean. Bathroom fittings were new & expertly fitted. Beds were very comfortable resulting in a good night's sleep for us all. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Entrance & exit easy when pub was shut. Adequate parking.

The beds: A++ Kingsize, about as comfortable as it gets. Shower: A Solid stream of instantly hot water. Breakfast: A+ Delicious, and definitely enough to fill you up. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was very spacious, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, the entertainment (Michael Buble tribute) on the Saturday night was very professional, everything in the hotel seemed to be new; carpets, curtains, beds, linen, paintwork, etc. It was exceptional value for money at £94.00 for two people, for two nights, on a room only basis. We will definitely be visiting again.

    Croston is pretty in parts but a little small for my liking.

    Croston is pretty in parts but a little small for my liking. Cottage was lovely though and we enjoyed our 3 day break If you just want a little change and a break and not to travel too far (we're from Manchester) then ideal. Lots of cafes and pubs. Lovely food. Nice walks

    Croston is a lovely small quiet village to get away from it...

    Croston is a lovely small quiet village to get away from it all , there are beautiful flowers all over the village. There is a gift shop Feather and twigs , a coffee shop , three pubs , a restaurant an Indian a chip shop and couple of convenience shops , everything you need very close by .
