This is the first time we have stayed at The Whitehall but it won’t be the last. The breakfasts were a farce , no supervision of staff , a manager was no where to be seen. They ran out of several basics and the food on the buffet was stewed and dried up. Our standard room with bathroom was absolutely fine, really clean and with all facilities, but a little small, should have booked a bigger room. Nice bar and lounge area. Tv didn't work as there was no signal .. the staff said it was due to position of room.And the restaurant manager was unsympathetic and argumentative! We eventually got a full refund but the receptionist didn't know how to do a refund so another member of staff had to do it! It was a SHAMBLES start to finish!
