A lovely wee place to visit.
A lovely wee place to visit. We stayed so we could visit the Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies but many come for the outdoor activities. Plenty of coffee shops and bars. The Thursday night Pipe Band is brilliant.Guest review byDrewUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Ideal location for exploring Loch Lomond and in easy reach of the trossachs! The village has independent shops for food and provisions plus a very good pub! Our trip to the lodge was disappointing as we had no heating or hot water and WiFi kept dropping . We had two rooms with a shared bathroom, but it basically meant we had the whole floor for us. There a is nice garden behind only for hotel guests, so we could have a drink outside rather than in the pub. The dinner and the breakfast are excellent.
