There is only 1 Bar in Dufftown and it’s basic but has a dart board but that’s your lot.now as others lost business to Covid. There’s an Indian which is average and take away which is basic. The people were friendly.
The people were friendly. Unfortunately the tourist information office had been shut down. There were plenty of distilleries nearby if you had a car. There were good walking tracts if you had a medium level of fitness. There is only one pub as far as I know but I would recommend the restaurant as the food which was excellent.Guest review byJanAustralia

Our clean and spacious room was comfortable; in particular, the bed provided a good sleep. There was a great selection for breakfast and we enjoyed trying different offerings each day. No ask seemed to bother Kira whose hospitality background was obvious in her attention to detail and pleasant service. The breakfast was very good, prepared by Tereza according to our wishes. On arrival we also served with local whisky and marmelade then made by Tereza. The B&B is very well located for visiting Spey area, and the distilleries. Dufftown is a very nice small town, with a very good restaurant (Whisky Capital Inn).
