Continental breakfast was included and lovely to have a small fridge. It was a lovely cosy place. Secured parking in the evening, and a nice pub. It's on a farm and was lovely to see donkeys in the morning.

Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist added a personal touch to the overall experience, making me feel like a valued guest. One of the standout features of this hotel is its peaceful ambiance. The tranquility within the hotel was remarkable. It provided a serene retreat, allowing me to unwind and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The location itself, right next to the Hull Train Station, proved to be incredibly convenient. Whether I was arriving or departing, the proximity to the station made my travel logistics seamless. Additionally, being centrally located allowed easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. The hotel's attention to detail in both service and ambiance did not go unnoticed. Clean and well-appointed rooms, coupled with a welcoming atmosphere, contributed to the overall positive impression. The room was large and well ventilated, but the sound proofing was excellent (there is large road construction immediately next to the hotel at the moment and I didn’t hear a thing!) The bed was really big and comfortable and everything was spotless. The shower and bath were a great size and had good water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and very good. I think this place is a real gem, and such great value for money. It’s so handy for work I will definitely be back.
