When we arrived the house was spotless and smelled clean. It was nice to have a coffee machine and the quality of the coffees that were put in to use with the machine was also good. There were plenty of small snacks. There was enough kitchen equipment for a stay of 1 week or even longer. The bedrooms were large, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. I would also like to thank you for the baby bed. The flat temperature was easy to adjust and was comfortably warm.

We had a fantastic stay at The Chapter Hotels – Finsbury Park! The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the correct tube exit, making it very convenient for getting around London. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly, including the housekeeping service. We also had complete privacy throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was well-equipped and clean, and while the double bed was a bit on the smaller side for us (we’re both above-average in size), it was still a cozy and comfortable stay. Another great perk is the nearby budget-friendly stores like Lidl and Iceland, making it easy to grab anything you need. A special mention for Finsbury Park, which is just around the corner. While it becomes very lively at night (luckily, the hotel is far enough that no noise reaches inside), during the day, it's a great spot to explore. The park has a small lake, friendly squirrels, and even outdoor fitness equipment available for everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily return!

Host and chef felt welcoming and relaxed, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Cozy pub, and the rooms where of high standard, couldn't be more satisfied. Though being above a pub, we could barely notice any level of troublesome noise.

    Convenient for surrounding area and more or less equidistant between Oakwood and Southgate on Piccadilly Line (outside ULEZ). Decent local restaurants etc and easy to get to all parts of London. Just a short drive from M25 at Cockfosters/Potters Bar so good from the north.
