The room was perfect, the only downside was the doors , we were always up very early because when people leave the rooms the doors close very hard . So if we wanted to sleep a bit longer wouldn’t be possible as people started to leave already around 06:00 in the morning but everything else was very good

The staff was nice to let us use the facilities after we checked out. We wanted to swim the day before and they shut for kids at 6.30 but they were nice to let us come back the next day to swim.

    This hotel is spread out so if you are less mobile be warned. Whilst it is clean and well appointed it could be a bit of a walk from you car to the room or from the room to the public areas. Obviously a popular wedding venue.

    Great large hotel. Very very clean.

    Great large hotel. Very very clean. It smelt beautiful everywhere you walked. Very spacious rooms. Plenty of rooms to just sit and chill with free coffee or tea and on the afternoon a piece of fruit or a cake or biscuits all free. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit outside with a coffee after breakfast. Getting in and around Eastwood was easy. Plenty of shops bars and food outlets nearby. We went to Aeropark in East Midlands and Bluebell farm for the little one and they were great days out.

    An incredible hotel with beautiful grounds and amazing facilities. The Rooms were spacious and comfortable. All the staff were fantastic and friendly. The pool was refreshing and welcomed. The food was delicious and well presented. You could see that the chef took pride in the appearance of the food being delivered. The waitress was polite and courteous and very amenable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

    The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was excellent. We had dinner both nights and breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. The grounds are extensive and it was so peaceful. The room was large and clean with very comfortable beds. It is a conference hotel and there were two conferences going on, but we were still looked after well and were made to feel very welcome. We didn't have time to swim or use tge gym, The bar was very pleasant and the whole place us very spacious.

    Fab dog friendly hotel.

    Fab dog friendly hotel. Ive never stayed in a dog friendly hotel, my friend brought her dog. Staff were so lovely , bringing treats. Rome had dog treats and a blanket. Gorgeous, friendly, clean relaxing hotel .

    The room was a good size and we had the dog ,so it was lovely that a blanket, bowls and treats had been provided for him. Check in was seamless and check in staff v helpful re location of the room to the parking. The staff in the bar were very good especially Kyra, Nathan and Jaydan. We ate in the bar and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Good, large grounds around the hotel

    The Hotel was fine and the staff were great, rooms Clean and well appointed as you would expect from this type of establishment. Dinner menu is a little restricted but breakfast was plentiful and with a good selection of hot and cold choices.
