it was in a quiet location, only 5-10 min walk from the town. where there are ample buses and a station to get around, also plenty of places to eat. The room was nice and airy with a shower. Bed very comfortable and the owners were all pleasant, i felt welcomed on arrival. was offered tea/coffee .even though meals were not included i was offered food and the following morning told to help myself to anything for breakfast. This is some-ones home and is lived in, so not all bell and whistles looking immaculate but, every where was clean would i stay here again? yes i would.

Very nice , homely , clean and quiet place , didn't feel like we were away from home. We highly recommend this apartment for 3 adults or for 2 adults and 2 children. We will definitely come here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the underground station in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are on the smaller side but very well equipped, including a handy clothes steamer. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again!

    Somewhat biased as I spent four decades living in Eltham.

    Somewhat biased as I spent four decades living in Eltham. It is a vibrant area and has many positives: churches; library; schools; famous park (Well Hall Pleasaunce); GPs; new(ish) cinema; gyms; Eltham Palace with regular events; Bob Hope Theatre. If you read or follow the news you know about the one negative. This was some time ago now but its resonance is still felt. Travel to and from Eltham is pretty good, with regular bus services, especially the 132 to the o2 in under 15 minutes.
