Debbie and Lilly were fantastic hosts, very kind and helpful. Loved their positive anttitudes and can do responsiveness to any requests or concerns. We loved the location, looking out the windows at the different animals, was very soothing. Breakfast was great, cooked exactly as we requested. We loved the rural setting and peace even though we weren’t too far away from shops etc;

    We stayed just outside the town at a nearby marina but went in for dinner and breakfast, lots of choice from high end to pub grub. Overall a really pretty spot with lovely harbour views. An undiscovered gem for us and definitely coming again.

    Delightful village, accessible and conveniently placed for many attractions/places to visit. Lovely local costal walks. Plenty of nice places to eat as well as several lovely coffee shops. Highly recommend Nicolino's Italian Restaurant, The Coal Exchange and The Driftwood Cafe (superb coffee)

    Emsworth is a very nice place to stay and has all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay there is lots to see and explore and ideal for a coastal break. Unfortunately our stay was short as we were there for a family funeral but have stayed on other occasions and enjoyed the break

    Emsworth is a small town with plenty of good pubs and restaurants. We ate at JJs and had an excellent meal. There were limited options as it was nearly 4pm and may pubs had stopped their lunch service.

    Emsworth is a lovely town on the coast.

    Emsworth is a lovely town on the coast. Very unspoilt and with a nice selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Great location for walking along the beautiful coastline or a short drive to the South Downs Way. People are very friendly and it never seems too crowded.

    My room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the little cafe area they have behind the hotel. The sun shone into the room.I had returned from a busy morning and a fair bit of travel and felt tired. I sat on the bed with the sun shingles in and it felt very relaxing and therapeutic. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The cafe behind the hotel was lovely and felt very welcoming. There is plenty parking if you have a car.

    Not a B&B. Room only. However an excellent breakfast can be had just a few doors away. I originally booked Travelodge in Emsworth but was very glad to get the room at Kips. The accommodation is brand new, carefully and tastefuly decorated and furnished. Great bed ,lovely shower room and quiet. Truly a gem. I hesitate to post this as I dont want too many peoploe to know!

    Our visit to the area was to be involved with the D-day Commemoration in Portsmouth, so early start with breakfast in Portmouth. The location was perfect for the train and also the town (Emsworth) again a very short walk with lots on offer. The room was cosy, clean and quiet, Just Right! Parking was very safe as the property is in a gated area.
