Everything. Kes and her staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The units were spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and happy. We stayed at 7 venues during the month we spent in the UK. The Horse and Groom was by far the best. Indeed, we were so comfy that we just stayed on in the Cotswolds for the remainder of our vacation instead of travelling on to Ireland and Wales as planned. We will be back. .

Our room was very nice and spacious. The hotel was very dog friendly. The garden was very lovely and great to play in with our dog and little girl. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here!

Location is perfect....set against a beautiful lake. Room was a good size, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, large TV and WiFi. I stayed in a disability room , bathroom was large , good shower, soap, shampoo and body location provided. Fluffy towels. Good buffet breakfast in a restaurant with views acros the lake. A lovely hotel in a fantastic location and a wonderful room. I believe we got an upgrade to one of the designed rooms which was gorgeous and really spacious. We had some taxi issues our end prior to a wedding we were attending and the staff went so far out of their way to help us, we couldn’t have been happier.
