This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I had a fall, not on Ibis premises but on Lidls. The staff rang 999 and started to clean my head up where I had an "egg" that was also bleeding. The staff couldn't have been kinder.
