Warm and friendly pub. Loads of walks nearby for hikers or dog walkers. Best pub food ever, thanks to chef Steve. His wife Jovi is lovely, professional and organised. The situation of the pub is by a busy road so you may have obvious traffic noise.Guest review byRosie - 8.0

I was born and brought up in this area and always remember...
I was born and brought up in this area and always remember Foulridge with affection, there were more attractions then, more industry and much much less traffic. Due to reduction in local industry and people being prepared to travel for suitable employment it seems to be more of a dormitory village but industries close by obviously operate 24/7, consequently hgvs run through the village all during the night and daytime traffic though mixed is constant. Cafe Cargo adjacent to the canal is an ideal place for those who need a substantial meal or light lunch or snack some may think it expensive but the location is excellent and worth paying for.Guest review byBrianUnited Kingdom - 10.0
