A very quiet and surprisingly atmospheric town. I have only the most pleasant impressions. it's a pity that I was only in the house for one night (the second night I also stayed in the town, but it was busy, but they helped me find another accommodation and even drove me to it in the morning). A very creative idea with book-style room design in the most bookish of the small towns I've been to. in general, I had long dreamed of visiting it after reading the famous diary about the life of the bookstore owner. Breakfast is also better than you can imagine. in fact, everything you need for a good start to the day.

Everything! Adrian and Dot are terrific hosts! We were so impressed how they refurbished these ancient buildings into such beautiful places to stay. We stayed in the main house, but they also have a beautiful separate house. Outstanding property. Beautiful views, comfy stay, and great breakfast.

The Harbour House was absolutely perfect. After a long day of travel, and not ideal weather upon arrival, this place became our sanctuary. The accommodation exceeded our exception with wonderful view, kitchenette, large bathroom/shower and it was warm and cozy. We ate in the hotel as well, which was an amazing dinner. AND breakfast included in the morning.

We had a lovely stay here. The check in was fast and we had a lovely room in room 15. The room was huge with a lovely bed and an amazing view of the sea and the local village. The bathroom was ginormous, like something out of the Ritz. We had a very nice relaxing evening, enjoying the view from the room. Next morning we had breakfast which is really good. Overall, really nice stay.

The Blackhorse Accommodation features a garden, shared lounge, a bar and water sports facilities in Newton Stewart. The accommodation provides karaoke and free WiFi.
