The hotel is located in a small, beautiful and quite village, very close to the city of York. The accommodation was well, and the staff was friendlly. The restaurant of the hotel is the best. It is a great atmosphere, with live music and amazing food. If you can, make a reservation for dinner, as it is crowded.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a big shower and a heated towel rail. TV and tea making kit was all there with more than the standard choice of teas and coffee. The location for attending a friend's wedding couldn't have been better, right opposite the entrance to the venue.

In the middle of such a busy country, there is this little inn. O my god, what a lovely experience. Such a cozy, lovely place to spend the night. Also, the food was amazing and the people here are just awesome!

    Plenty of places to eat.

    Plenty of places to eat. We didn't go out to try nightlife bit there was plenty pubs/clubs within walking distance of apartment we stayed in. We visited for my hod daughters parents wedding blessing & would like to go back again as we didn't get the chance to have proper look around. If you stay in one of the apartments there's plenty of shops & also Tesco is close by. We were told a little about history of Goole & would have like to have ground out more. Hopefully will be returning to visit my god daughters family again end of April for 80s night which charter club is organising

    Goole has plenty of industrial areas and docks..

    Goole has plenty of industrial areas and docks.. Wouldn't say its a place to have a holiday, but where we stayed was peaceful. Unfortunately not many places to take dogs for a walk. The river side overlooking the cottage we stayed in was a dog walking path, but it wasn't very long. Blacktoft nature reserve does not except dogs, Eastington pond nature reserve does except dogs. Good shopping area in Goole Town.

    Spacious and comfortable room with tea and coffee making facility. Lovely quiet area. The host Gill was excellent with her communication and made me feel very welcome. The room is in an annexe to the family home with its own access and nice views over the well kept garden. I could also park my vehicle in the gated driveway which was a bonus. It is a little way out from Goole but that was no problem for me as I had my own transport to get me to where I was working.

    It is a very well appointed apartment, beautifully clean, warm and dry, and has a very friendly and helpful host! The apartment is gloriously large scale with definite wow factor. It is in the historic old part of Goole surrounded by the faded elegance of this wonderful town and is in easy walking distance of the town centre, train station etc. I just love it!

    Convenient location, free parking, lovely first class breakfast. As an older person I felt safe and secure in this hotel which is a huge weight of my mind and the staff were friendly, daily room house keeping so clean towels and top up of tea and coffee facilities, I found this hotel absolutely perfect for my 5 night stay and will definitely book here again.
