Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it. Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees. The extra of even adding a yoga Matt. These extras make all the difference to comfort when staying. Best hotel in Birmingham

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property, dating back to the 13th century, is stunning and full of character. It’s set in a beautiful, lush, and green area that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was fantastic, Apo was a wonderful host at the restaurant and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Also Pedro was a great host making our first day very enjoyable. Truly loved everything about our stay.

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. Extremely clean rooms, brand new bathroom with good quality shampoo and hair conditioner. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable. The bar and hall space are also very nice and great for socializing (great pool table as well!).

Located in the Jewellery Quarter next to the Button Factory, it's a lovely part of Birmingham, very safe and clean. I have never been before but we were very happy with our location. The bed was really comfortable, the bath/shower was great (pressure and heat), and the complimentary water and tea a nice touch.
