We got a final email the day before confirming our stay with instructions but what they failed to mention is that there was no heat or hot water in our cottage When we called for assistance we got no help no apologies and had 2 cold days and nights To add to that no taxi or Uber would pick us up for a day out since the inn was so remote We asked if someone would take us to a nearby castle and the answer was no So we were stranded in a cold cottage with no hot water no heat unable to leave and NO apologies 😡Guest review byCynthiaUnited States - 2.0
