Staff friendly & attentive - especially evening staff in restaurant. Food very tasty. Very nice dining areas & great outdoor space. And ample parking space Room clean, with fan & air con. We visited the little cafe near Hatton locks recommended by the host and we went to the Christmas Market in Stratford Upon Avon.
