    To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that...

    To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that we were particularly interested in visiting. It mainly served as a base for getting into central London or heading to the airport. We didn’t eat out in Hayes — nothing really appealed to us, so we opted to wait until we were elsewhere. There are plenty of frequent bus routes, and the train station connects easily to central London and Heathrow. There weren’t any standout activities for couples. In our case, the highlight was catching the train out to explore other parts of London.

    The room was decent, spacious.

    The room was decent, spacious. It is a part of the family house, although we never saw any other people. Bathroom is down the hall, and not an integral part of the room. In the room there was a fridge, kettle and microwave, as well as dining table, iron and electric heater. Bed is spacious and comfy. The most annoying thing was that there's no sink in the room, so you have to go down the hall to pour the water and wash the dishes. Public transportation is nearby (bus to the underground station is right across the street, and if you don't mind some walking, Hayes & Harlington underground station is about 15 minutes walk to the west. Also, LIdl and Tesco are about 10 minutes walk to the east.

    The hotel was so nice , friendly & helpful staff, very clean...

    The hotel was so nice , friendly & helpful staff, very clean with nice restaurant only thing is far from central of London about one hour, you have to catch bus to go to Hayes metro station otherwise take Uber which cost around 30£ one way, I do recommend whoever visits London

    This shouldn’t be considered a hotel !

    This shouldn’t be considered a hotel ! Extremely poor amenities and very dirty. When I arrived even my bin wasn’t changed. The shower was awful so old and toilet full of mold. Booked with booking.com and I am extremely disappointed how are they promoting this fake hotel that’s nothing like the pictures. My recommendation is stay sleeping in the airport instead at least the toilet is very clean.

    Everything went extremely well.

    Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

    Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants.

    Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.

    We took this hotel as a last min decision as we needed a room with AC. The person at the reception was extremely helpful and nice with us. He showed us around, helped us to park our car, carry the luggage etc. The room was big and very comfortable for our family of 4. The bathroom and everything was very clean and modern.

    Close to the airport. We arrived terminal 3 LHR - taxi to hotel £14. Smooth and quick checkin. V Clean and comfortable. Watched planes coming into land from room but not noisy. Restaurants Indian very tasty. Buffet breakfast was also very adequate before our next leg of travel. Easy check out.
