The main asset is Asad, the soul of the accomodation. He cares for every wish a guest might have. Fresh tea made to your desire, help with travel arrangements (like how does the London bus work). His recommended dinner was a treat - typical indo-pakistani menues. If there is anything that the guest might want differently, Asad makes it possible. I was very happy during my stay!

The property was good value. When I booked I didn't realise it was a room in a flat that someone is living in (my fault), however, Ali is a nice guy and his dog is very friendly. The apartment itself is very well appointed but you are definately living in someone elses home. For the price though it was good and near the airport.

    To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that we were particularly interested in visiting. It mainly served as a base for getting into central London or heading to the airport. We didn’t eat out in Hayes — nothing really appealed to us, so we opted to wait until we were elsewhere. There are plenty of frequent bus routes, and the train station connects easily to central London and Heathrow. There weren’t any standout activities for couples. In our case, the highlight was catching the train out to explore other parts of London.

    The room was decent, spacious.

    The room was decent, spacious. It is a part of the family house, although we never saw any other people. Bathroom is down the hall, and not an integral part of the room. In the room there was a fridge, kettle and microwave, as well as dining table, iron and electric heater. Bed is spacious and comfy. The most annoying thing was that there's no sink in the room, so you have to go down the hall to pour the water and wash the dishes. Public transportation is nearby (bus to the underground station is right across the street, and if you don't mind some walking, Hayes & Harlington underground station is about 15 minutes walk to the west. Also, LIdl and Tesco are about 10 minutes walk to the east.

    The hotel was so nice , friendly & helpful staff, very clean with nice restaurant only thing is far from central of London about one hour, you have to catch bus to go to Hayes metro station otherwise take Uber which cost around 30£ one way, I do recommend whoever visits London

    This shouldn’t be considered a hotel !

    This shouldn’t be considered a hotel ! Extremely poor amenities and very dirty. When I arrived even my bin wasn’t changed. The shower was awful so old and toilet full of mold. Booked with booking.com and I am extremely disappointed how are they promoting this fake hotel that’s nothing like the pictures. My recommendation is stay sleeping in the airport instead at least the toilet is very clean.

    Everything went extremely well.

    Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

    Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.

    The location was not too far from the local train station, Hays and Harlington. It was easy to find the keybox and open it. The room was warm as the radiators were on, and fan heaters and a cooling fan was supplied which was very useful for controlling the temperature of the room. It was self contained. There was access to a nice garden where you could sit outside if you wishes. There was a good supply of kitchen appliances. Wifi was good. The host always replied to queries rapidly and in a helpful way.

    From start to finish was brilliant! The staff go above and beyond to cater for your needs, the house is warm and friendly with perfect en-suite rooms, a huge tv with streaming services and the garden is a gorgeous place to relax in. I have already reserved next week and I can see myself repeating this throughout my time here in hayes.
