I was travelling alone and could not have wished for a better experience! Upon arrival I received a room upgrade, the Bay Hotel staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the location is out of a movie, I basically rolled out of the breakfast room every morning because I ate so much and I got some of the best sleep I had in ages… I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and I hope I can come back soon! Many thanks to the staff for making this trip truly memorable.

Wonderful place, very nice and helpful staff! Especially one young man (whose name is so rare I can't remember it) was super kind and helpful. As also all staff at breakfast time. Pool area and warm sauna, both were lovely bonus. We also got our rooms upgrated.

Loved our room #85 or 89?? Truly a room with a view and what a view. Wonderful to open up the windows to the sea air and watch our seagull sitting on her eggs. This was an upgraded room from our original and what a difference it made to our stay, thank you The dinner in the bar area was super

We would highly recommend a stay in the Greenbank Hotel. Fabulous location and beautiful views. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Food was amazing especially the breakfast with a view. We loved all of the history in the hotel, the information signs on the doors and memorabilia throughout, it's a nice nod to the past. We enjoyed playing Falmouth monopoly, a very chilled weekend😊
