Location brilliant. Comfortable and cleanliness also excellent. Provision of food and drink, comfort of lounge area, efficiency at reception very good. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly, except for the waiter, Emmanuel. He was a very unpleasant, rude person with no interest in being friendly or serving guests. I really wanted to tell him how terrible he is at customer service. When someone is unable to work face-to-face, it would be a good idea to relocate them to an area where they won't have contact with anyone. I have no complaints about anything else. Had some food after a long journey. Room was spacious and clean, showers were also very good. Good nights sleep with no noise from airport.
