The reception service was excellent, especially thanks to Rony, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the checkin process smooth and assisted with any questions I had throughout my stay. The room was also very nice, clean, comfortable, and wellmaintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall welcoming atmosphere.

The room was a good size for our family of 4, the children loved having their own big bed (not a sofa bed) and it was very clean. The café and bar were newly designed and the garden was lovely for an evening drink. Reception staff member was very engaging which was nice upon arrival and the employee who served us drinks was very happy and bubbly. This hotel didn't have an ice machine like other Holiday Inns but the morning breakfast staff made no fuss with sourcing ice and cold water for us.

Beautiful location, especially loved walking into Kenilworth right by the old castle ruins for a pub dinner in town. Owner is lovely and welcoming. Beautiful rooms, comfortable. Breakfast was extra but delicious and served in the farm house setting.

    Kenilworth Castle is a wonderful place to visit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Likewise Kenilworth itself - there is not much left of the Abbey, but it is definitely worth a stroll through the well-kept and tranquil grounds. The shopping area is well served with a large variety of shops, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Another thing I noticed was that there are lots of benches where one can stop to rest.

    Nice and relaxing for me as I’m going through stressful time the hotel is quit and the staff are willing to help with whatever it is even took my bag to room I did ask for help though so thay didn’t just try and take my bags was a good stay. I was there for 2 weeks and liked it that much I extended my stay by another week 6 days extra very nice place. Thanks to Ronny , Subodh, Shamim was cleaning my room. So yeh great I would stay ther again.

    We have been to Kenilworth many times as we have family...

    We have been to Kenilworth many times as we have family living there. Lots of lovely places to eat. The castle is fascinating and it’s a good place to stay to see other attractions nearby. We always go to Leamington Spa which is a short drive away.

    Kenilworth is a pleasant town with a great castle. There are a Sainsburys and a Waitrose in the centre. A wide choice of quality restaurants and cafes. Excellent bus connections to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry, all within a few miles

    Stayed in Kenilworth many times whilst attending shows at Stoneleigh Park and the NEC the Old Town suits us best but others may prefer the town itself with a greater choice of accommodation bars ,restaurants and shopping.

    The town has some great pubs and restaurants.

    The town has some great pubs and restaurants. There is a large park to walk in at the top end of the town. The castle is a great attraction and there are a couple of very nice pub restaurants in that area. Kenilworth doesn't have the Warwick tradition of over charging. You can eat out very reasonably in this town.

    The staff went out of their way to be helpful from before we even arrived: they gave us a room for disabled guests on the ground floor which was just what I needed just now. The food and drinks were good and the old part of Kenilworth, where this hotel is located, is absolutely charming.

    Generally a nice hotel with good facilities. The hotel is in a very nice country side location close to Kenilworth and Warwick. Good bar and coffee lounge and also a decent Spa. Rooms are decent and beds comfy.
