The location and facilities were very good. A nice touch was that everything needed for a cup of tea (including fresh milk)was there on arrival. There was a pleasant garden with terrace for sitting and catching the sun.

We enjoyed staying in this flat just from arrival. The flat was very clean, beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen, convenient entry thanks to key safe. Bed linens and towels were included in price whereas mobile homes usually request additional payment for them (we noticed even £ 40). We recommend the place and would like to stay again.

Breakfast was fantastic, even with my allergies hotel staff accompanied so I could have even dessert which I normally can’t have in most restaurants. Hotel location is excellent right by the beach. I had a lovely run in the morning.

Amazing beach brilliant for paddling in (no huge waves). Clean from dog poo, soft sand and interesting flint pebbles. Beautiful east coast golden sand. Lovely collection of shops for all your needs. Went out of season so there will be Fish and Chips too, and beach goods shops more in season. Excellent Sunday car boot sale on (Even in January) Friendly stall holders. Friendly local volunteer rubbish collectors (Wombles),so please help reduce their burden by using litter bins.

This place is going to be our new favourite stay when in the area, absolutely loved everything about it. From the cleanliness to little details like milk (proper milk, not sachets) and location. We wanted to book a hotel, but as we have a 1,5-year-old who does the worm while sleeping and grew out of the travel cot, we would have needed an extra bed. Booking John's place was the best decision and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommend it! P.S. 5 minute walk from a very quiet beach.

Lovely property with the most beautiful view of the sea every day. Loved having two toilets, the layout was perfect for us. The site was quiet and not busy at all! 5 minute walk to the beach and 10-15mins walk to kessingland…with a nice chippy and unique gift shop there. Signal was awful, so WiFi in the caravan was a godsend went researching on google maps.
