The former church convent turned into a 4 stars Hotel was perfect. The ground setting at the rear garden is so pretty. Rooms were large. Clean and comfortable. No fault. We booked for dinner and found the prices were fairly reasonable. Service was impeccable. Included Breakfast was very good indeed. Overall everything just nice.

The chalet we was in was clean and tidy well worth the money. The location was perfect my partner enjoyed the 4 lakes you had and would like to book again in the spring. The fields were amazing for the dog he loved running around chasing his ball.

The first reaction we had, when we visited the house was "WOW", we just could not believe that this is a holiday rental home. It seems as if the owner just stepped out of this beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped and quirky home. Our first choice was which bedrooms to use which are themed (garden, oriental, maps) and then which comfy char or sofa to lounge on. The kitchen is fully equipped even with copper cookingpots and the traditional blue and white hand painted dishes, you can sit out in the garden and explore cornwall from this very central location. The rooms are filled with knickknacks, books (fantasy and others!), DVDs. We really loved it here and were sad to leave. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes by car away and you can walk into Truro centre in 10-15 minutes. Thanks to our lovely hosts Barbara and Peter for this opportunity!
