I sent my evaluation of Smart Home in Larne allready earlier and asked the owner some refund of our money, she was very rude. We did not get what was promised, for ex. the whole appartment for ourself, we are two elderly ladies and there was a man staying in the other small bedroom, his stuff all over the place, we did not know who owned food in the fridge. We did not touch it, even the promised breakfast with freshly-baked pastries never arrived. The coffee in the kitchen jar was dryed out, and did not come out of the jar, milk smelt bad, the kitchen towel was discustingly dirty, the microwave oven was dirty. The man next door arrived sometimes 01.00 o'clock with a woman, both were drunk, and were vomiting - discusting and an unsecure feeling. We do deserve some of our money back. Larne is a good entry port for the Antrim Coast, which I am really fond of. However I don't want to encourage too many people to go there by car! Do try a more sustainable way of travelling that has less impact on the place. Larne was fine , Unfortunately on the way we encountered a parade of Orangemen and felt very intimidated as we sat in our Irish reg car to the chants from parade participants, if fact driving through lovely towns like Carrickfergus we felt very unwelcomed by all the ulster flags displayed everywhere.Guest review byMichael - 8.0
