    Just right for our 2 night stay over the bridge from home to attend a wedding function nearby. The additional night meant we could enjoy facilities at the cottage including the hot tub as well as sampling the food at a local pub

    Beautiful cottage, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Really appreciated the fresh milk, supplies of tea and coffee, biscuits etc. Nicely positioned for East Yorkshire Coast and Wolds visits and pretty market towns such as Beverley and Driffield. Leven is a pretty peaceful village with two pubs and an excellent butcher.

    Everything, clean, modern , homely , exceptionally well equipped. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Dog friendly , no hidden costs. Everything you needed from air fryers to dog towels. Beds wonderful . Bathrooms and kitchen beyond hotel standard. Parking easy . Heating easy to understand. Picking up key faultless.
