From looking through the entrance to leaving the following day, all my expectations were exceeded. It was welcoming, beautifully laid-out, equipped with top quality items and everything one might need. The staff were polite, welcoming and highly efficient. one of the best "Resting Places" I have been to in my 80 years; I will willingly post similar Comments wherever it will support 3 Cocks Hotel, just tell me where.

You're greeted by the Welsh countryside as the hills and mountains tower over the Castle Hotel, you step in and are greeted by the great staff of the facility. Check in was swift and easy. You get made feeling comfortable in a whiff, at full instant. The owner is an exceptionally kind man and great to have conversation with. He was so kind to bring me to town personally, making me able to experience Hay on Wye, which I otherwise wouldn't have. Thank you guys for the great stay at the Castle Hotel! Will definitely come again.

The perfect stay in quaint Glasbury - a well appointed room that was clean and comfortable, and a short walk from the nearest pub and restaurant. The room is nicely decorated and gets lovely afternoon sunlight, we would highly recommend.

Location was ideal for us as everything was within walking distance. Very comfortable, very clean. Everything was thought of needed for a stay. It was lovely to see little things provided eg coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cleaning essentials, even bottom draw had tinfoil, kitchen towels etc. ( we brought our own stuff with us not realising theses were provided). But still a lovely gesture. We will definitely book here again and most definitely recommend this property. J&H from Ireland
