The Bear inn, best weekend away ive had in years,,,the chalet i stayed in was fantastic modern set within a courtyard behind pub was first class and quiet,,collin the owner was welcoming and very helpful, pub had a great atmosphere where you felt very welcome with a great atmosphere. Food well you won't go hungry and homemade at prices that left me scratching my head, best stay for the carvery on Sunday that was lovely!!! Highly recommended maybe back this weekend

    The old town part of Llantrisant is very historical and the Bear Inn is right in the centre with interesting walks close by and lovely views. The rooms are modern and set in a delightful private courtyard where you can drink your morning coffee, and in the evening watch the sun go down with a night cap. The owners are helpful and attentive, and the pub itself is just like pubs used to be, and quiet. The owner does the cooking and the meals were first class.

    Accommodation was perfect. I booked for 4 of our guys for a work visit and they were over the moon with the rooms and location. Trust me it is exceptionally hard to please my team of men and they are always quick to tell me when something is wrong so it was really nice of them to tell me the choice I made was perfect - thank you so much your hotel is now in my list of approved accommodations for the UK

    The location was fabulous in the lovely town of Llantrisant; Close enough to the common to give the dog a good walk and close to some decent bars. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very clean. Perfect for us.
