The old Inn was renovated beautifully and the beds very comfortable. The food was excellent starting from the made to order breakfast dishes (inkl. Homemade granola and sourdough toast, poached eggs etc.). The staff was friendly as well. The Inn is next to the train and a bus station but otherwise remote.

Located 25 km from Glenfinnan Station Museum, Woodland Cottage provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

We had an absolutely amazing welcome by Kirsty when we arrived late at night and she very kindly gave us a little tour before showing us up to our room. We were made to really feel at home. I was very impressed to learn I could have a gluten-free breakfast - and it was delicious too! Can’t recommend enough! Usually I tend to avoid B&Bs because I’m worried I’ll feel like I’m imposing but this stay totally changed my mind! Would both recommend and happily stay again!

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful place. It very much exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The “Road to the Isles” ends at the harbour of Mallaig, with ferries to the Hebrides leaving from this remote and peaceful part of Scotland.

The staff were the highlight of the hotel. I can't remember their names but the girl at the reception was extremely friendly and kind, and so were the waiters at the restaurant. We felt extremely taken cared of, and left feeling like we wished we booked another night here.
