Good restaurant and bar food, good room service, lovely room with a very comfy bed, we didn't want to get out of in the morning. For our evening meal, our Waiter, Joshy was fabulous as was the food. And all staff. My partner had a couple of elemis treatments on the second day, which she said was good value for money, while I used the spa facilities. You can use the spa even after you check out at 11.

What a find this hotel was. We were at an event in Cyclopark which is 5 minutes away by car. The staff are definitely the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. We will certainly book again for our next trip to Cyclopark.

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile. Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back.
