Excellent hotel. Friendly helpful staff with top-notch customer service skills. Good sized and very clean en suite rooms. Breakfast & evening meals were 10/10. Lovely hotel in unique location. Excellent staff and excellent food. There was a coach party whilst we were there and the breakfast staff were really stretched but still managed to make individual porridge for my wife.

The property is absolutely spotless, has everything you need and more for your stay. The bed is so comfortable, and the walk in shower is amazing. It’s a great location, local shop, pubs and is in driving distance of beautiful Lake Windermere where we had a lovely day out. We didn’t want to leave and would highly recommend this property. 10/10 to the hosts for a perfectly finished place to stay.

They didn't do breakfast but the evening meal made up for it. Joanne went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Nothing was to much trouble. The staff were fantastic and the room's were spotless and very comfortable. We loved it.
