Middlewich is a small town with a few town centre pubs and restaurants. Not very far from the town, there are walks along the canal path with a busy working lock. Loved the place it was OK for our stay and we could compare both rooms one was bijou and modern for our daughters and ours a large family suite. The dynamic owner/manager went out of his way to offer us a large ground floor room when we experienced difficulty with the steep stairs to the first floor rooms. Room 8 is very large, some would call it a mini-suite, with equally large en-suite and spacious shower.
