The little town Camlough we stayed in was really lovely and you can walk around it's shops easily as they are close together. Great variety of places to eat and a large nisa extra convenient store. Being a coffee lover, I never seen as many signs advertising coffee available along our traveling route it was amazing but such a tease as you can't be having coffee pit stops every 5 minutes or my partner would just leave me out by one of the coffee trailers for the whole day by myself lol.Guest review byNoeleen - 10.0

Newry is my home town with only 3 hotels in the vicinity and a handful of apartments. I stayed at The Beeches, a superb addition to the apartments on here. Newry is a compact city with a good range of restaurants and shopping centres. The people were really friendly, right from the moment we arrived at the train station, everyone was very helpful. There is a free shuttle bus from the train station to the centre of Newry. Ideal for shopping with 2 shopping centres and loads of lovely places to eat. Lovely pubs with live music for a night out. Also easy to get to Belfast for a visit. We had dinner in Bellini’s and drinks and great band in The Bridge Pub. When In a hurry one evening and looking for something to eat quickly, we went to Friar Tucks. If you're looking for a taste of small village life in Ireland, this is a great place to stay. It's fairly well situated about halfway between Dublin and Belfast (an hour + drive in either direction). People are friendly and very helpful.
