The staff in the restaurant were excellent. Trying to leave the hotel was ridiculous. We had informed the reception on arrival we would be leaving early in the morning of our checkout as we had a flight to catch. We also informed the reception the night before our checkout and settled the bill. We were assured that someone would be at reception in the morning. We had to wait ten minutes before someone arrived to unlock the from door to let us out!! Very frustrating!!!Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Close to family and where I used to live.
Close to family and where I used to live. Near all the places I like to visit. Parklands is out of the city center. With all the new one-way systems/ ULEZ rules it is a pain to stay in city center if you have a car. Use buses, trains and subway. Big cycling event made driving worse in city.
