We really enjoyed the staying, the pub and restaurant decoration is cosy and in the Christmas mood. Large room with comfortable bed. Easy to get to Winchester from the location.

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff at this location were excellent. We had a party of 8 other people (family from Basingstoke) join us one night at the restaurant there and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening.

    Lovely staff, very helpful and advised and assisted us on how we could have food delivered as the hotel kitchen was closed when we arrived. Clean and comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. Easy to reach location with lots of free parking outside.

    This place resembles an English bar in a good sense. It is very comfy, with very friendly staff. The room wasn't large but had everything needed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast and the food in general were very good and tasty. The hotel is close to EGHP Popham.

    Perfectly good budget hotel. Provided what it "says on the tin". Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered perfectly acceptable pub style food (i.e. burgers, fish and chips, pies etc).
