I've been here twice, everything was great. The hotel is in a very good location, the breakfast is very delicious, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is also very nice, when I said I was here twice, we got a bigger room :) I recommend this place to everyone!

First of all, all the receptionists were amazing, very nice and helpful, very good hiring policy :) The studio was small but cosy and there was everything we needed for our stay. It was all very new, modern and very good quality. The best of all was the location, 15 minutes from Tower Bridge, very close to city center and also to subway. We enjoyed our stay very much!

    The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean, there was no toilet paper, and it was a strong smell of mold. One of the sliding doors of the cupboard is broken, so one can not benefit from the full space inside it, but it was not a problem for us, for such a short stay. The bathroom was very cold, the heating system is not very efficient in the bathroom and kitchen, but very good for the rest. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and some updating. The cooker is old and quite dirty and there is no microwave. Also, there were no towels, so if you plan to rent this kind of accommodation consider bringing your own. There was no lining for the couch in the living room, so if you bring extra people, consider bringing that too.
