Super nice host, walked me through everything. Property also included their own cutlery, a washing machine and oven. Bathroom was nice and modern and provided some basic shower utilities.

It's an amazing place to stay. At the reception, they'll give you a card key and kindly explain how to open the door if you arrive late. You start enjoying the beauty and thoughtfulness of the hotel as soon as you go upstairs to find your room. It seemed that they thought of every little detail, everyghing is just stunningly beautiful. Finding the room isn't difficult—the signs are painted on the walls and seem like part of the design. There are also paintings on the walls that catch the eye. Although the room is relatevily small, it's just charming. There's a wooden table, a fireplace, a fresh newspaper, and a large chandelier—it's the perfect setting for "English aristocrat"-style photos. Besides being a great place for photos, the room has everything you need to relax: a kettle, cups, glasses, nespresso machine, coffee and tea, a large TV, and a wonderfully soft bed. Both sides of the bed have nightstands and power outlets—very convenient for charging all devices. The bathroom is nice and has all the necessary amenities. The towel warmer works without any issues, and there's soap, shower gel, body cream, shampoo, and conditioner—all with a lovely fragrances. The hotel also has a pub, which I highly recommend visiting. You don't have to leave the building—the entrance is right off the hotel corridor. The margaritas were delicious. I highly recommend trying the sausage roll. The staff are also increadibly kind and polite. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this place.

Every single detail! It’s was just amazing, clean, discreet, safe, beautiful, staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was so tasty. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious, well equipped with great views. The location had good access to all transport. The whole experience was so amazing I made my mother leave the hotel she was in to come to Park Hyatt and she LOVED it too!

I have chosen this place for the weekend, and I was amazed by the hotel itself and service. Modern building with art design in a great location. Battersea power station is so close to it, tube not far away. Shops and restaurants in the area - you literally may spend the whole day in this area. Enjoyed the breakfast in beautiful hotel restaurant. King size bed - its something unreal, I have slept like a baby! Interior again - surprised me and amazed. Beautiful place for reasonable price. Looking forward for the rooftop pool with view and the new restaurant opening.

    Norwood is just around 30 minutes train ride from Gatwick airport. It can be a hub for exploring London in general because it’s not far either to go to the center by trains. With the right condition, London bridge can be reached in 15-20 minutes by train. There are many exotic restaurants in the area too.
