Roseland is an excellent B&B. Friendly, clean, comfy, competent. There was no mention of breakfast in the booking but we were pleasantly surprised that an ample comtinental breakfast was there for us. Jolly good pastries, too!

This place has had a serious re vamp . Having visited many times over the years there must be a recent change in management as the hotel has returned to its original superb level of hospitality. The staff are fantastic on every level and the rooms which have recently been refurbished are of a very high comfort level . Very good stay and highly recommended

It was beautiful. I was "up-graded" on arrival and my room was ground floor with a lovely outside area with Patio Table & chairs facing the River Thames.

Very friendly and helpful welcome. My room was very large and comfortable. Very clean bathroom and room. Breakfast was brilliant and the dining room decor was just right. The waiting staff, friendly, so helpful and efficient. A great stay☺️

Excellent breakfast! location was good if a little tricky to get to ! The staff were very helpful and attentive and manager listened when I suggested a couple of hooks in ‘hallway’ to room to hang coats on!

    We had a wonderful stay at Roselands.

    We had a wonderful stay at Roselands. Amanda is a fantastic host, extremely welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. She even offered to bring us to a nearby restaurant, as we came on foot. The house is beautiful and located in nature. It is extremely peaceful. We had the best sleep. The accommodation is absolutely superb with a great bed, super clean bathroom, and lovely breakfast. I highly recommend a visit.
