The peaceful environment with amazing views of the countryside. Very spotless property lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Great walks of the Orchard and beyond. The location to Tunbridge Wells very strange forward with great amenable shops. Easy contact with the host on arrival of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The staff of this family run business were extremely friendly and accommodating. The amenities and food were excellent. A hearty breakfast was included and we had dinner in the restaurant which was also excellent.

    The house was well presented clean and warm, just right for my work which was in Tonbridge, ideal for cooking my own meal. The traffic noise from the main road which did reduce late evening and car headlights shining through the half glazed door are my only down points. I would use again.
