We have been to Perth several times to stay with friends who live in the city. This time we attended a wedding but needed alternative accommodation to our friends home. Sky Lodge was a short distance from the venue. Historical capital of Highlands, cannot be missed.
Historical capital of Highlands, cannot be missed. Stunning views over the river, the new Perth Museum with great modern interactive technology, the Scone palace with lovely caffee, all of it makes it a hidden gem. Currently the center is closed after a fire.Guest review bynancyNorway - 8.0
I chose this town because it was near Stirling Castle.
I chose this town because it was near Stirling Castle. Turns out, I visited Scone Palace instead because the Stone of Destiny originated there. I wasn't aware of that when I planned my trip. The Stone of Destiny in normally on display at the museum in Perth although, it was not when I was there. The museum was still interesting, though.Guest review byDianaFrance
