Easy to locate, and on-street parking easy to arrange (though one pays). Great location - ready access to key areas of the city and to the Hoe. Room was comfortable, bed was extremely comfortable, tea and nibbles appreciated. Hosts were very friendly and helpful (esp advance emails), though I didn't have much free time to chat with them.

The room was outstanding. The head of the Bistro Pierre restaurant - Karen - was amazing and so helpful. She really made it all come together. The food was good and the prices were spot on. William Yard is a magnificent Victorian Naval port that has been sympathetically restored and there is a range of bars and restaurants nearby. Bistrot Pierre is at the heart of the Yard. Plymouth is not a very pretty place but it is worth the trip just to see/stay at William Yard and Bistro Pierre. Outstanding rooms and overall ambience. Will go back no question.

    A lovely village on the edge of Dartmoor and Plymouth. Has a tesco express, Aldi, a couple of pubs and a few takeaways, we used Ridgeway pizza and Plympton fish bar, both were good meals for the price.
