This place was just perfect for our need. Fiona and Allan we great hosts! The check in was easy, Fiona took the time to explain everything and in no time we were settled in. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices, fresh fruits and all, prepared by Fiona, it was delicious and plenty. The place and the room were kept in top shap, clean and as seen on the internet site. Fiona and Allan make you feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality, we definatly recommand your place. The complete package is very round, excellent room, wonderful dinner in a Michelin Star Restaurant which really earns this star, very nice and supportive staff. Nicolas and Murray were fantastic and made our dinner very special. Since years finally a Michelin Star restaurant were we both would love to come back.

    A wonderful place - we could happily have stayed 2 weeks!

    A wonderful place - we could happily have stayed 2 weeks! Beautiful surrounding countryside, with friendly, kind and welcoming hosts. The breakfasts were outstanding - with organic and (a wide range of) locally sourced ingredients, and eggs from the hens clucking around outside! We loved our stay from start to finish. Fiona also recommended somel restaurants/bar food spots - all of them good. Our room was Harvest - which has a standard double bed and which is very tastefully decorated and has an en suite shower room. The toiletries are luxurious and shower fab. We enjoyed the countryside location and the drives to the coast nearby and St Andrews and all the East Neuk of Fife villages... everything was an easy and very enjoyable drive away.
