Placed in the center of Ledbury, easy to find but we arrived in the middle of the town carnival. So we ended up in the Coop parking to begin with near the hotel (restrictions lifted for the carnival!) Got help from the hotel staff and could park at the rear of the hotel when the carnival crowds had gone. Generally people are very helpful so our problems finding a way into Ledbury during the carnival to the hotel were solved. Good breakfast, choice of continental or full english breakfast. Room and hotel were really impressive. We ate out in the evening, good choice of resturants nearby and in the hotel itself, wish we had stayed longer to try them all out. There is a map of the town marking all the places of interest which take you for an easy walk around the town.

We were away for Christmas and it felt as close to being at home as is possible. Wonderfully welcoming staff- headed by Baba the owner, exceptional food and relaxing but efficient atmosphere.

Certainly a house full of character and secure area for the dog. Hosts Simon and Amy were very welcoming and Amy was out swiftly to us when we had difficulty getting to understand the TV.

The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. There was even a fan in the room which was needed as the weather was quite warm. Great breakfast each morning, set us up for the day. Rick and Biddy were excellent hosts!

My partner and I found this stunning little gem as he was planning to do some farm-strip flying locally, and I needed a quiet place for some study time. The property is a 15th century renovated country house resplendent with antiques and quirky paintings. The breakfasts were sumptuous (Stuart, one of the owners, comes from a culinary background and his green fingers are also evident in the gorgeous gardens). Fresh berries, mostly from the garden, arrived on the table every morning alongside breakfast and a crackling fire in the hearth on cold days. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was large (my partner has a thing about small doubles so was delighted!!) and extremely comfortable. It is probably the quietest place and certainly one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Nothing was too much trouble for Kiel and Stuart, our gracious hosts. They welcomed us, without being intrusive, even seeing us off every day with pastries and an early breakfast on the day we left. It was our home from home for 6 days and we were very sorry to leave.

    Two bathrooms were shared between 3 rooms which worked OK.

    Two bathrooms were shared between 3 rooms which worked OK. There are 2 other rooms with en-suite. Situated in a very rural location but close to the M5 and Malvern Hills. Pleasant staff and meals were quite reasonable for this size of pub. Full English breakfast is their speciality at £10 and I got the impression that they would try to provide you with anything you wanted instead. The room was clean and well decorated with comfortable beds. The wardrobes were a bit cobwebby with spare bedding stored uncovered. There was tea and coffee in the room but not topped up the following day. The small TV was inconveniently located.
