The lady at reception was fantastic. Friendly, happy and answered anything I asked. Our family room was large, with a double bed, single bed and double sofa bed. A small kitchen area with kettle, fridge and microwave was there also. I made use of the indoor swimming pool also. There was a £1 charge for the jacuzzi, which I didn't use. The pool was warm and not busy when I was there.

The property was magnificent. The room was well appointed and spacious. Our room was on the second floor and there is no lift which might be a problem for some. The mansion is on acreage so it very quiet , it's about 10 minutes out of Aberystwyth. I'd like to thank the staff especially Sarah. I left my glasses behind when we moved on. Sarah located and arranged to have them forwarded on to me. Thank you again.

Tranquil location in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive from Aberystwyth. Currently only one room for b&b with a private bathroom and living room. Beautifully decorated, clean and tidy with thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Superb hosts, attentive and provided a wonderful service.
