We absolutely love coming here, it's so peaceful and relaxing. Everything we need is here so we don't have to stress about bringing essentials other than our personal items. Private hot tub is a bonus too! We extended our stay whilst there, all the staff were so very helpful and friendly and the sports bar has decent food choices too!

    The local council and the Welsh government are trying hard to overcome the apperent general view of Rhyl that it is run down and shabby. There has been a lot of redevelopment, with a lot more being completed. I hope that it is successful.

    Lots of stuff to do for the family.

    Lots of stuff to do for the family. Plenty of beaches arounds, lots of shops. Plenty of places to eat. Would happy go again. My kids didn't want to go home. If you struggling with medical conditions there's a wonderful company called Livewire Motability who are fast to deliver a scooter and very reasonable in price. So that really helped me out with my medical condition.

    My granddaughter loved the swim centre in Rhyl.

    My granddaughter loved the swim centre in Rhyl. We visited the beach which was nice and clean. Rhyl is rather run down, but there are a lot of improvements taking place on the sea front, which are improving the area.

    The place is beautiful love it.

    The place is beautiful love it. But the caravan which I booked online that service was awful because I have booked online and when I went there they should have sand me the plot number which is caravan name that lady was scammer she makes me wait for 3 hours still didt sand me the name on caravan after calling her million times she blocked my number. Thank I have to book another one. I was with my kids.

    It was a great base for walking a few sections of the Wales...

    It was a great base for walking a few sections of the Wales Coastal Path as it has a train station and bus station with links up and down the coast. If we were looking for a beach or seaside holiday we would prefer to stay at either Llandudno or Prestatyn as they were prettier and had more tourist amenities. Rhyl itself felt quite run down, although there does seem to be a lot of development going on. There were not many restaurants and very few pubs that served real ale. It does provide a slightly cheaper option in this region of the coast if you are happy to use it as a base and travel around the area.

    the accommodation was appalling and not fit for a dog.

    the accommodation was appalling and not fit for a dog. We were met with a derelict building with two drug users sitting on the door step and my grandkids refused to get out of the car and we were forced to look for alternative accommodation which was 30 miles away at an extra cost.

    Beautiful, cottage, well maintained, and well equipped. Lovely big superking bed in the main bedroom. Well situated for Rhyl & Prestatyn shopping areas. The garden was secure and safe for the dog, so he didn't wander off The New Inn Pub was 2 doors down and served some very nice food. The Staff were nice & friendly.

    It was disgustingly filthy went and bought cleaning stuff cleaned kitchen and bathroom took one look at the stained bedding and falling apart sofa bed and let checked in elsewhere!!! Disgusting and I lived on Abbey st in Rhyl in a bedsit no way was I letting my grandson sleep in there!!!

    Very clean, bathroom especially clean (no mould) Well equipped, comfortable beds. Good location for exploring North Wales but also very close to Rhyl centre. Supermarkets close by. We would return. Price was very suitable for property type and decor.
